broadcasting for the life we live now

As a spoken word performer, musician, and sound designer, Joe naturally found a happy niche in the brave new world of podcasting (a means by which you can subscribe to recordings like subscribing to a magazine, and listen to them at your leisure, either on your computer, an mp3 player, or even a CD, if you burn the audio to a disc). His first attempt at podcasting, Last Night I Dreamed I Was You, is currently on hiatus, but will be returning in September, 2009 with new stories. 12 Minute Travelogues, his ambient music podcast, is an ongoing recording project where the goal is to produce a 12 minute piece of “deep listening music” (as envisioned by Pauline Oliveros and others) every month or so, finishing at #12 (as of August 2009, he was on #7).

Work obligations been weighing heavy on Joe’s time for a while, but he’ss revving up for some new and challenging podcast projects in the coming year, including another storytelling podcast and more. Have a look at his podcast pages by clicking below and subscribe!

Best of all, they’re free, easy, and a decent way to spend a few minutes!
